The University authorities along with the Student Self-Government would like to kindly inform you that the student accident and third party liability insurance contract for the academic years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 has been concluded with Wiener TU SA Vienna Insurance Group.
The annual premium for student insurance is PLN 39.00 and covers the academic year 2023/2024, i.e. the period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. All students who join the insurance by 30 November 2023 will be covered from 1 October 2023.
To join the insurance, there are four steps to follow:
- Go to: cm.mentor.pl (the platform has already been launched).
- Fill in your data in the insurance form.
- Pay the premium.
- Receive the certificate sent to the email address provided.
The cm.mentor.pl platform will provide you with all the details on:
- the amount of the premium,
- terms and conditions and coverage,
- amount of benefits,
- how to report a claim.
Taking into account the nature of the activities and the risks involved, the NCU Collegium Medicum recommends that students, in particular students undertaking work placements, internships or other activities with practical elements, take out the above insurance.
