Collegium Medicum offers single, 2-, 3- and 4-person rooms in three dormitories (student houses) located in different areas of the city. Student House no. 3 (referred to as DS3) is one of the most modern dormitories in Poland and is dedicated primarily to international students. It is disabled-friendly and conveniently located, offering easy access to university hospitals, teaching facilities, or the Medical Library. It is also within walking distance from the city centre, several supermarkets, and one of the city’s most popular shopping malls. The premises are gated and monitored, and provide convenient parking space for residents. Additionally, Student House no. 3 is managed by English-speaking staff.

The building is divided into two parts: the public and the residential part that offers 252 places in:
- 108 single rooms
- 72 double rooms
Apart from students rooms, the building houses: an assembly room, a quiet study room, a recreation room, as well as offices of the Centre for Medical Education in English.
Fees for accommodation are regulated by Directive no. 130 of NCU Rector of 24 September 2019. The fees for rooms at Student House no. 3 are as follows:
- single room - PLN 1150/ month
- double room - PLN 850 / month / person

Standard room furnishings are as follows: bed with storage, wardrobe, bookcase with two drawers, desk with drawers and swivel chair, standing rack, hanging shelf, 4-drawer chest, armchair (only in single rooms), window blinds.
Each room has a private bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, toilet cabinet.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen for each pair of single and double rooms (i.e. shared by 2 or 4 students) with: electric stove with oven, 3 hanging cabinets, refrigerator, telescopic hood, washing machine, worktop.
Student House no. 3 offers free Internet access: there is an internet socket in each room. Moreover, the building is connected to the wireless network.
The building has a wheelchair ramp and offers rooms with bathrooms for persons with disabilities.
