We are delighted to announce that prof. Arkadiusz Jawień, Director of the CM Centre for Medical Education in English, has received the prestigious Laurus Aesculapii award. The award honours those who have made special contributions to the development of Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz.
Yesterday we celebrated the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Medical University in Bydgoszcz as well as the 20th anniversary of its merger with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the establishment of Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum.
On this special occasion, Laurus Aesculapii awards were presented to particularly meritorious employees of our university. The award, created in the Year of Jubilees on the initiative of the Rector's authorities, is a token of appreciation for scientific and didactic work, as well as knowledge and experience passed on to numerous generations of students and young academics.
