Success of our students at the National Inter-University Anatomy Competition Scapula Aurea 2024!
1st year students of Medical programme in English at NCU Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz demonstrated excellent knowledge of Human Anatomy during the 37th Inter-University Anatomy Competition Scapula Aurea 2024 organized by the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków on 24 – 26 May, 2024.
Our English Division team included three 1st year students:
- Byrne Molly Anne,
- Mc Auley Laoise Patricia,
- Price Lauren Anne.
They were very successful! They took the 2nd place in the team classification!
The organizers of the Competition made every effort to ensure the highest professionalism.
The theoretical part included 50 questions in normal anatomy, topographical anatomy, clinical anatomy, functional anatomy, radiological anatomy and neuroanatomy. The practical part consisted of 25 anatomical details on CT images and formalinized preparations.
1st year Medical students were prepared by the following lecturers of the Anatomy Department: prof. dr hab. Michał Szpinda, dr Mateusz Badura, dr Małgorzata Dombek, mgr Jakub Misun and dr Monika Paruszewska-Achtel.
