The Student and Alumni Conference, held on 30 May, brought together current students, alumni and academic staff for a day of inspiring discussions, knowledge exchange and networking. The event provided a unique opportunity for participants to reconnect with the university community and share professional experiences.
The conference featured a diverse programme, including presentations delivered by alumni. Throughout the conference, attendees engaged in thought-provoking sessions that highlighted their personal career journeys.
A memorable Gala Dinner served as the culmination of the conference, offering participants the chance to celebrate the event in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The evening fostered meaningful conversations, strengthened professional connections and provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of our growing international medical community.
As part of the conference programme, a series of practical workshops took place on Sunday, 31 May, allowing participants to develop hands-on skills and gain valuable clinical insights. The workshops included:

- Endovascular Treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease
- The Hidden World of Hemostasis: A Hands-On Workshop

The workshops, hosted at the Centre for Medical Simulation, the Department of Pathophysiology, and the Museum of Pharmacy “Apteka pod Łabędziem” (District Museum of Leon Wyczółkowski), offered participants an excellent opportunity to expand their practical knowledge under the guidance of experienced specialists.
