On 17 November 2025, as part of the International Students’ Day celebrations, a series of practical workshops were held for our students. The workshops were very well received, with registration carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants could choose from the following sessions:
Workshops for students of all years:
- From drop to diagnosis: Peripheral blood smear – conducted by dr hab. Artur Słomka, prof. UMK
- Breathing is worth its weight in gold – how you can do it? – led by lek. Agnieszka Durma
Workshops for 4th–6th year students:
- Surgical suturing – conducted by dr Paweł Brazis
- Introduction to advanced life support – led by dr Jakub Mierzejwski
- Basics of point-of-care ultrasonography – conducted by lek. Dorota Rutkowska
We always try to respond to our students’ needs, and many of them have asked for more practical classes. We are very happy that these workshops could provide such opportunities.
We would like to warmly thank all academic staff for their dedication and all the students for their great involvement and enthusiasm.
