We are very proud to announce a significant success of first-year students of Medicine programme at Collegium Medicum, who successfully represented our University at the national Scapula Aurea competition, held on 23-24 May 2025 in Rzeszów.

Peter Ifeanyichukwu Ibeabuchi won third place in the individual classification

In the team classification, 3rd place went to:

Polish-speaking students ranked in the top five in Poland:

1. Wiktoria Brzozowska

2. Krystyna Hołysz

3. Michał Banasiak

The students prepared for the competition under the supervision of dr Mateusz Badura and dr Monika Paruszewska-Achtel from the Department of Anatomy led by dr hab. Mariusz Baumgart, prof. UMK.

The high results achieved by our students are a testament to their great commitment, knowledge and passion for medical science, and anatomy in particular.
